The Rococo Chateau Estate of Nové Hrady

Today, the 10-hectare château estate offers visitors not only a tour of its beautiful Rococo château, but also a romantic walk through extensive formal gardens and an English park, views of a deer herd, a unique Museum of Mopeds and Motorized Bicycles housed in a Baroque granary, an exhibition of English hats, and an open-air art gallery located in the former brewery building. Children will enjoy the hedge maze made of carefully trimmed thuja and the themed playground situated on the site of the former medieval castle. Visitors can also relax and enjoy refreshments in the estate café or the fast-food restaurant. For more than twenty years, we have been carefully restoring and enhancing the château estate. This restoration has been carried out entirely without public subsidies or grants. To help us continue preserving this unique heritage site, admission to the estate is charged. The standard admission ticket includes access to all attractions within the estate, except for the guided tour of the château interiors. Tickets for the guided château tour can only be purchased at the château ticket office.
